plastic waffle watery juice
the location was acceptable.
The breakfast was awful, i've genuinely never seen anything quite like it. the waffles tasted like plastic and the juice was watery. the cleaning lady swept right around our feet as we were eating. It was pretty irritating.

room spaciousness clean room rooftop terrace
I love our room spaciousness. It was very clean and cozy. The rooftop terrace sounds very nice for warm evenings. The hotel held our luggage until 5pm after checkout. That was very useful after a long day of exploration.
The front desk person was so unfriendly during our arrival. It did not. A warmer greeting would make a better first impression. Small improvements to such details make big difference.

The room featured a comfy bed and a good AC unit. I liked the pillows. A good TV was also present. The space felt very restful.

Subway entrances close the hotel made commuting easy. The East River location let us see a fine sunrise. The Manhattan Bridge offered a great rooftop view. Many food spots are located near the hotel.

Breakfast provided only basic choices. Staff always did provide assistance when needed. Cleaners were lovely. The initial staff member on the overnight shift, was very nice and always smiling.

i found many restaurants nearby and various eating options. subway stations and bus stops are also quite close. the view from the terrace of the manhattan bridge WAS fine.
the coffee AT breakfast wasn't great , but i found other options.
